 We are quickly approaching a turning point in military technology,
where use of autonomous weaponry ought to be accomplished with due
consideration to cultural, legal, and ethical issues.  
In a world of evolving morality where competing militaries strive to shorten the kill chain on manned and unmanned weapons we would like to begin the discussion
